At your Zone Massage appointment, you will enjoy 45 minutes of focused energy and deep muscle penetration targeted at your neck, back, and shoulders. Our masseuses use deep tissue massage to find the points in which you hold the most stress and work those locations until the knots break apart.

Be sure to communicate with your massage therapist to ensure you are comfortable throughout the massage. If you need more or less pressure, staying vocal will help to produce the most effective stress relief with massage experience. Because of the deep tissue penetration and focus, you may be a bit sore immediately following the session, but do not fret. With this massage, stress relief is sure to follow.
